Step 1
Open all straps. Slide your hand into the sleeve with fabric on top of the wrist. The support is applied correctly when your thumb is in the thumb opening and the splint rests comfortably in the palm.
Step 2
Wrap the wide side around your wrist and fasten.
Step 3
Fasten the thin strap between your thumb and index finger. Adjust all straps to desired tension.
