Step 1

Open all straps. Center the support against your lower back with the lacing centered across the spine.

Step 2

Wrap the large straps around your waist and secure them for a snug fit over the abdomen.

Step 3

Pull the dual pulley straps outward until desired tension is reached, then bring them forward and secure them to the front panels.
