Step 1
Open all straps. Center the support against your lower back so that the cushioning panels are on both sides of your spine.
Step 2
Wrap the large straps around your waist and secure for snug fit over the abdomen.
Step 3
Pull the outer straps forward and secure them to the front panels. Adjust for desired tension.
