Step 1

Position the brace so the perforations face outward, and place your heel on top.

Step 2

Wrap over the top of your foot toward the inside of the ankle.

Step 3

Pull the wrap under your foot and then wrap it over the top of the foot. Loop behind your ankle and fasten with the desired tension.
