Step 1
Unfasten the straps and with sock on the foot, place the heel evenly on the heel pad and position plastic shells on each side of the ankle.
Step 2
Wrap lower, then upper leg straps, around the brace and fasten. Readjust until you get a proper fit and comfort.
Step 3
Unfold the valve at the top of the plastic air cushion and insert the clear plastic tube into the valve. To inflate, blow into the tube until you achieve the desired amount of air. Repeat on the other side. To deflate, gently squeeze the air cushions.
Step 4
Adjust the side heel straps (located on the inside of the shells) by pulling each side upward until the heel pad feels snug, but comfortable.
