Step 1
Open the support and lay it on a flat surface - for example, a bed - with the inner lining facing up. Lie down and position the support under your back. Take the wide pad and stretch it over your abdomen or over the surgical dressing.
Step 2
Exhale completely and with your right hand, pull the right side of the support over the pad and attach the fastener. Adjust to desired tension.
